Abstract Art
“Painted walls started as a real indulgence. I just had this need to create something for myself in a totally new way, the enjoyment turned to captivation. I realize I’m outpouring my conscious and subconscious thoughts with these walls sometimes in developing form and in others with pure spontaneity. I feel at one with these panels, they seize my energies, I have no preconceived idea of their physical destiny, all I can say is I simply paint them for my own sake. I’ve painted dancers for thirty-five years. I can’t stop now. I like to paint figures, but I need to paint these abstracts too.” - Robert Heindel
